Following a global call for submissions, the CAST panel chose six composers and six visual artists whose practices represent some of the most compelling directions in contemporary sound and visual media. Each composer was paired with a visual artist to form a collaborative team, and these pairs have spent months developing original works that receive their world premieres at this event.
