@lolalokaal In this episode, we will discuss food as relations: relations with soil, poeple and land.
We will make bread from scratch and spreads, and enjoy our evening with three special guests. Federico San Bonifacio of
@agricola_san_bonifacio will talk about regenerative agriculture and systemic ecoservices and flour. Aria Spinelli of
@aziendailcolletto will talk about land, olive trees, and resilience. and Lola Lokaal co-worker Dora Mester, from
@intouch_amsterdam . She will present her new project, HOLD, with Ida Kiss and talk about inspiration and relations between people and nature.
Our speakers will guide us while we taste
@aziendailcolletto 2025 harvested olive oil. We will also talk about ancient grains, agroforestry, and safe spaces, while baking bread and using different seasonal ingredients to make spreads.
