Excited to be working with a host of incredible artists, Ekow Eshun, the KT Wong Foundation and Fotografiska to realise Marvellous Realism.. set to open next week in Shanghai!
More about the show:
Exhibition of film and photography from Africa to opens on 30 August 2024, in Shanghai, China! Curated by British-Ghanaian writer, Ekow Eshun and project-led by Latitudes Co-Director, Lucy MacGarry, Marvellous Realism is the first and largest exhibition of African photography in Asia.
Presented by the KT Wong Foundation in partnership with Fotografiska, the travelling exhibition is founded on an awareness of how the rich and diverse contemporary art and cultural scenes in Africa remain largely unknown to the Chinese public, in spite of the importance of long-standing economic and political relationships.
