Lighting sets the rhythm of a restaurant long before the first conversation begins. 💡
A warm glow at the bar, contrast between shadow and brightness, subtle architectural details that slowly reveal themselves throughout the space. The most memorable hospitality environments are carefully layered, creating atmosphere that feels immersive, effortless and deeply connected to the experience itself.
Thoughtful lighting design shapes mood, highlights materiality and helps every space tell its own story.
What makes a restaurant’s ambiance memorable to you?
Good light embraces its place.
Across three residential projects, our lighting approach responds to the space it inhabits. Materials, scale and layout all inform how light is introduced and where it is directed.
In each home, fixtures are carefully aimed to shape how surfaces are revealed and how the eye moves throughout the space.
Subtle washes, focused highlights and soft ambient layers work together to create balance without drawing attention to the source.
In the end, it is not just about a fixture, but how light lives within each home.
What if the office felt more like a hospitality experience?
At @1900lawrence , the amenity floor is designed as a place to step away without disconnecting. A space that supports focus, conversation, and reset, all within an environment that feels considered at every scale.
Lighting plays a central role in shaping that experience. Quiet, integrated, and intentional, it works in the background to guide movement, reduce visual noise, and create a sense of ease. Indirect illumination, wall grazing, and subtle detailing bring clarity without distraction.
In the main conference space, a custom woven wood ceiling anchors the room. Seamlessly integrated linear lighting reveals its texture and craftsmanship with precision and restraint.
A workplace designed around how people feel, not just how they function.

A Lighting Series: Glow to Match 🌲✨
Perched on Vail Mountain just moments from Vail Village, the home blends Miami contemporary with mountain modern, its lighting designed to reveal rather than compete with the surrounding landscape.
Warm, subtle illumination highlights the richness of wood and stone, from a softly glowing bar crafted with custom LED sheets to a monolithic stone feature that appears lit from within.
Carefully integrated across layered rooflines, skylights and exposed beams, each lighting moment is precisely placed to create cohesion.
In the kitchen, under-cabinet lighting and a gentle glow at the island set the tone, while expansive glass walls open to a stream that flows beneath the home. Light guides the experience throughout, connecting architecture, landscape and everyday living.
Checking in: @populushotel_denver
Inspired by the rhythm of aspen groves, Populus creates a vertical experience from root to canopy.
Our lighting design defines each level, with guest rooms inspired by dappled sunlight and the rooftop at @stellarjay_denver transitioning into a warm ambient glow that complements city and mountain views.
A project that demonstrates how lighting can elevate experience while aligning with performance and sustainability goals.
The difference between a good lobby and a memorable one is often the lighting.
At @stpaulcollection in Cherry Creek North, we designed the lighting to shape a welcoming lobby experience from the moment residents (and potential residents) step inside. Indirect illumination creates a warm ambient glow while structured fixtures add contrast and definition across the architecture.
The result is a glow that instantly helps one feel at home.
Today we celebrate International Women’s Day and the power of women shaping the industries and communities around us.

Today and every day, we celebrate the women lighting the way forward.
Playful design deserves lighting that knows its role.
At @thecurtishotel , nostalgia and color take center stage and our approach was to draw the eye to specific elements, allowing them to shine without distraction. Track lighting recedes into the ceiling to provide focused illumination, surface mounted linear tubes create a sunburst moment worthy of every photo and strand lighting transforms the drive in into a starry night that layers warmth and atmosphere throughout the space. ✨

We designed something special for all ages in this multi-generational custom home at the Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas. In this lounge area designed for the youngest generation, custom curvilinear recessed LED lighting is designed to mimic ocean waves, creating a sculptural effect that shifts from soft daylight ambiance to a playful nighttime atmosphere.
@reynardsocialspaces captures the essence of après that is warm, inviting and effortlessly refined. Warm-dim downlights, integrated liquor display lighting and subtle under-bar accents shape a lounge designed for curiosity, conversation and discovery. Guests can explore cozy alcoves and fireside seating, each space encouraging them to linger in the glow of mountain and city views.
