Two weeks ago @evolfo released our third album “Of Love” into the world. The title is our play on a self titled record. A bold sonic statement of who we are. It is the physical manifestation of a shared dream that started well over a decade ago. It’s hard to convey how proud I am of this body of work and to be part of this group, especially in the form of a caption so I’ll let the sounds do the rest. Max, Tim and I improvised this jam, and then I transcribed some of it and made it into a piece.We were later joined by original RB member John, at the recording session earlier this year who completed the horn sound. “MUSIC FOR MONARCH BUTTERFLIES” by @thecanteenkilla and myself is out now! By far the most blissful music we’ve ever released and I couldn’t be happier it’s in the world. This ambient pre-show was improvised live in the Naval Cemetery Landscape for @collinastrada SS23. Vanity Fair said it “…casts a balm-like spell, effectively muting the neighboring car rumbles.” We think it’ll be a soothing balm from the rumblings of the world. Over on bandcamp there are limited edition cassettes if you’re a fan of the physical. If you’re a fan of the visual, check out the full length video on Youtube. It’s vibe is an intentional focus of expression through sampling, a reprising of another’s work as a dedication.This video for the final track, “space travel is possible!”, is an aspiration that one day a united and healed humanity will explore the stars together. Maybe not in our lifetime, but someday.Currently on bandcamp, soon to be on DSPs. Link in their bios.

‘Intoxicated Skull’ by @jzonedontig @pablomartinmusic and myself is out today via The Madlib Invasion Music Library Series! To be a part of Jay’s final album as J-Zone as well as a part of this esteemed series is a huge honor. The joy I feel and stories of how these songs all came to be are too much for an IG caption to encapsulate. Just know we tried to make a record William S. Fischer would dig and we hope you dig it too.
