Incredible week hosting James Lowe at Bridges. These dinners are about bringing people together—both in the kitchen and around the table—and offering something a little different. An experience beyond what you’re used to. A chance to discover a new restaurant, a new chef, a new perspective, while pushing our team to learn, adapt, and execute at a high level. To kick off our second Bridges dinner series, presented by Resy, we couldn’t be more excited to welcome James Lowe! One of the most influential chefs to come out of London, known for his precise, produce-driven cooking at the celebrated Lyle’s in Shoreditch. On April 29th & 30th, James reunites with Sam nearly a decade after they last cooked together in London. What a night! We had the pleasure of hosting Chef James Lowe, all the way from London, for our latest arkhé and friends event. His elevated, ingredient-driven approach transformed each dish into a perfect showcase of seasonal flavours, complemented by the arkhé flames. Next year I’ll be heading to Norway for Kitchen On The Edge Of The World, held at @holmenlofoten , above the Arctic Circle It's a four day culinary adventure for 20 guests on the wild and rugged Lofoten Islands. HIRING! I’m looking for chefs to join the teams at Lyle’s and at Flor. We’re looking for people who have a great attitude and are keen to learn. I would rather a chef who approaches things with enthusiasm, acts with humility and is honest, over someone with a glittering cv who has none of those things. We have fantastic experienced teams at both Lyle’s and Flor, full of talented people to work with and learn from. As we try and get back to being open 5 days we need to find just a couple more. This Sunday and next we’ve been able to add outdoor seating for @asap.pizza from 12pm! We’re taking bookings (including for tables of 6) as well as keeping 50% seats for walk ins The Porco Rosso is back!
