Some more of me doing my silly little singing. Thanks to @exeter_alumni for asking me down to the chapel and asking me to have a little sing and also to @feralfilmuk for capturing it. Very excited for more singing stuff this year and next, watch this space etc etc
LISTEN UP! It’s been a few years since I’ve been on tour, so I’m currently writing some new jokes and I’m taking them (and my new hair) to some lovely small intimate rooms around the country in the autumn to try and create a show smoother than my newly lasered shoulders.
Room sizes are 40-120, and ticket prices range from £6-16. Most gigs it’ll be me hosting, a friend doing some new stuff in the first section with me, break, and then me waffling for an hour. It’s a work in progress tour, so it’ll be a shambles hence why rooms and small and prices are low, lol. But bloody hell, it’ll be a laugh. I love doing these shows.
Also, aware that Accrington is Oswaldtwistle but I’m not changing the artwork lol (photo by @danbaker88 , design by @sean.__________ )

Celebrating my Auntie Irene this international women’s day as we said our goodbyes to her earlier this week. The packed service showed that she was loved by so many people from all walks of life. She might have never really liked leaving Grimsby (she’d genuinely get homesick if she couldn’t see the Dock Tower), but she had everyone she needed right there. Even though our mum was technically a lone parent, thanks to our aunties, it never ever felt that way and we have so much to thank her for.
As my sister so beautifully put it this week; ‘as time passes and the pain of grief (hopefully) diminishes, the memory of her in our family never will’.
Thanks for all your lovely messages, comments and flowers that myself and the family have received these last few weeks. We’ve been touched. And if any of you fancy donating to @lnaact who enabled us to have a few more precious years with her, that would be lovely.
Love you Rene x
