Excited to share some news - something truly epic went down last week! @kaigoddard , @ninjarneer , and Lou had the absolute thrill of testing the Hyper Racer X1 at @apexmotorclubaz , and it was nothing short of amazing. This groundbreaking lightweight open wheel race car, fresh from the Australian motorsports scene, is a total beast: 880 lb dry weight (around 400 kg), powered by a high revving Suzuki Hayabusa engine pumping out about 195-200 hp for a mind blowing power to weight ratio of around 500 hp/ton. What blew us away was the massive downforce from its full ground effects aero - underbody venturi tunnels, large adjustable wings, and diffusers delivering close to 3g cornering force, incredible braking and F1 like grip and confidence that had us grinning ear to ear. Paired with formula level slicks, a 6 speed sequential gearbox, razor sharp handling, and that low maintenance “wash and race” design perfect for one man teams or aspiring pros, it’s redefining what affordable high performance track action can be. Each year, LKMethod collaborates with @svdpaz to Strike Out Hunger during the holiday season, paying homage to the well-known Turkey Tuesday tradition. 🦃 Our Turkey Bowl brought together customers, partners, and their families for a friendly bowling competition where every strike bowled translated into a donation of a turkey. This past Thursday, we were joined by a multitude of supporters who participated in this community initiative to Strike Out Hunger.
