WHOAH two full days of performing DOLL COURT where i accuse you of a crime and then you have to defend yourself against the dolls (im all the dolls) and you YOU can be witnesses (extra dolls for you) and your own defense attorney (a stunning catwoman barbie from 2003 in a george washington barbie outfit). This silly show was part of @live.encounter last weekend!! The show was an art experiment immersive event with over 70 performers from clowns, performance artist, and dancers! It went incredibly well selling i think over 180 tickets!
HUGE FLOWERS FOR @lawnfish and @thisadamsmith for putting this together after we participated in @champagnetashi soft clown fest where they decided to spin off some of the roaming table experiences (including mine!). I did a stripped down version of doll court at soft clown fest out of a brief case and loved playing dollies with ppl so much i was excited to expand it here! (And maybe again at fringe or something??)
I was enchanted by all the other acts including a nightmare closet where i sold a nightmare from my childhood and bought one of my friends nightmares! I got to dress up as my friends highschool bf and kiss them through a mask, i got to have my tarot cards read by my soft lovely loft-mates, dancers plonking on kids toys, oscar barfing, a bush i got to trim, an inflatable doll slowly wandering in the window. Too much to perceive with one mind it took all of us together to perceive it!!

Over 50 incredible artists will be presenting work! Immersive-Interactive-Roaming performances indoor & out on the plaza a la dance, music, drag, tarot, puppetry, poetry, comedy, clowning, musical improv and visual art installations!!! 🤩
I’ll be performing musical improv on Sunday as “The Supervisor” 😂🧓🏻🎶 1-3pm solo & 3-6pm alongside some wonderful musical performance buddies of mine! 🗣️🎶 @aubreyclyburn@brendanthegremlin@theoliviamontgomery
