Laatste kans! De tentoonstelling over modegrootheid @fong_leng die ik cureerde in @museumjan_amstelveen is nog maar een week te zien. Ga als je tijd hebt dus nog snel langs om al deze kleurrijke, bijzondere en magische ontwerpen te zien. De catalogus uit de laatste slide is erna nog wel te koop natuurlijk. En in @museummore is wat langer een expositie te bewonderen over Fong-Leng en Mathilde Willink.
De afgelopen maanden waarin de expositie te zien was, zijn voorbij gevlogen. Het was een heel bijzonder project om aan mee te mogen werken, dank aan iedereen die dit mogelijk heeft gemaakt. Het museum, alle medewerkers, de jongere designers wiens werk ook in de expo te zien is, de vormgevers, experts die hun kennis deelden, alle bruikleengevers én natuurlijk Fong-Leng herself en haar team.🤍💚🩵🩷🧡💛
Goed, ik heb dus hartstikke een nieuwe baan. Niet bij het Guggenheim Museum; al doet het gebouw anders vermoeden. Sinds een paar weken ben ik Head of Lifestyle & Channel Strategy bij @linda - een hele mond vol maar in het kort komt het hierop neer: mooie dingen maken voor zowel LINDA. als @linda_lovesnl en @linda_mininl en daar heb ik zin in! Bye bye dear Vogue! For the last four years, it has been my absolute pleasure and honor to be the Head of Digital of Vogue Netherlands. But all good things come to an end. So with great pride, I now say goodbye.
I will cherish all the amazing memories: the fashion shows, countless events and parties, many interviews, the Vogue Bookclub, the endless list of articles and posts, fun days just typing away at the office, the laughter ánd deadlines, all of it. But what I look back at with the greatest joy, are the people. Working with an amazing team (all of them, including those not pictured here) and meeting inspiring people all around the world. So this post is dedicated to you. From the beginning (see last slide) till the end, it was a blast. Thank you for being a part of it. On to new adventures💚🐎
