Thanks again to @myrtosteirou & @joaolinneu for everything, and to the people behind the scenes, that helped to beautifully craft these books, @aadamaabel & Vivi 🙌🖤🤍
“Ring Around the Rosie explores themes interwoven by shared experiences of birth and loss. It's a visual meditation on the acceptance of death as an inherent facet of life’s cyclical nature, a vast and intricate system that always strives for balance, even in the face of difficulties.”
To everyone who has supported this project in any way—whether through participation, encouragement, or simply taking the time to engage with the work: thank you. Your involvement means everything ✨
A special thanks to @phmuseum@goliverio_ and the esteemed members of the jury for this recognition @gemfletcher , @frequentlyaskedquestion , danaepanchaud and @bloodypixy
It’s an honor to have this work acknowledged, and it’s a reminder of why we do what we do.
Artistic work can often feel like a lonely journey. We don’t always get feedback, and at times, we question whether what we’re doing even matters. But moments like this remind us that art connects us—that it has value, that it resonates.
I also want to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible women I’ve had the privilege of meeting through this project. Your strength, resilience and humanity have been an endless source of inspiration.
This recognition encourages us to keep going, to trust in the process, and to believe in the importance of the stories we’re trying to tell and make visible. Thank you for being part of this journey 💜

Spent the entire weekend scanning negatives, sometimes until 5am — weekend nights tend to turn into long working sessions. Preparing as carefully as possible for my projection at the @lum_festival .
I’ll be there from tomorrow until the end of the festival, and I hope to see some of you there. Lots of wonderful artists and exhibitions to discover 🖤#visualconstellation #artistinresidence #hauteariege #ecosystems #projetleader
Some people carry something rare — a quiet kind of magic.
On slide 1 you can see Mr. Lamic, 97 years old. An extraordinary soul.
He came down from the snowy mountains into the valley like Zarathustra, carrying stories, wisdom, and a lifetime of memories.
“Every day, I write something in my journal,” he told me. “It’s filled with memories.”
I asked if he would let me read a passage from his early life in the mountains.
With gentle grace, he smiled and said those memories were not meant to be shared — they were only for him.
Blue eyes like the sky. Infinite kindness.
He has lived many lives: shepherd, EDF worker, mountain rescuer. A man shaped by cold winters and high peaks.
Magic runs in the family, he says — he is a “coupeur de feu”, a traditional healer believed to soothe burns and stop fire.
As I was leaving, he noticed the eczema on my neck. He placed his hands on it and quietly said, “Eczema is different… maybe it won’t work.”
Two days later, it was gone.
