Day 1 of rehab here we go.
Over a year ago I tore my ACL for the second time. Two weeks ago I had an arthroscopy and debridement, removal of the previous ACL and hardware and bone grafts to fill the tunnels in my tibia and femur.
For the past year- since my original injury- I haven’t had particularly much instability or discomfort, therefore, am opting to rehabilitate without a repair.
Now I’m ACL and hardware free- ready for rehab 😜 Very keen to see how strong we can get this bad boy without the full ACL repair 💪🏼

I really struggle to find the motivation to go to the gym.
Today was my first time strength training this year… so had remind myself why it’s important… 🚲
