4th week of rehab bagged and feeling motivated. 💪🏼 Lots of strength training, introduced cycling intervals again and even a sneaky gravel race 😝 Ramping up the weight and intervals again this week with the @bikecraftperformance Eastside Crit Race on Sunday. Very excited to be out with the @enzaconstruction teamies again! 💙💚

Day 1 of rehab here we go. Over a year ago I tore my ACL for the second time. Two weeks ago I had an arthroscopy and debridement, removal of the previous ACL and hardware and bone grafts to fill the tunnels in my tibia and femur. For the past year- since my original injury- I haven’t had particularly much instability or discomfort, therefore, am opting to rehabilitate without a repair. I really struggle to find the motivation to go to the gym. Today was my first time strength training this year… so had remind myself why it’s important… 🚲 Keen to start strength training again with @strengthsociety_sa to keep me motivated and honest!
