Label Night with @lightweight_electronics this friday! (14th march)
We are proud to present our first of (hopefully) many more label nights.
Kicking it off with Aarhus based label Lightweight Electronics and three of the labels most prominent figures.
@andy.aarhus (AKA Alpo) has gained not only local but also international recognition for his debut album “No Time For Delay”. A 7 track dubtechno and ambient release that is not messing about!
@grammarofmovement another Aarhus based producer who has made a name for himself outside of DK namely with a release on @poshisolationworld and collab EP “Brandfarlig EP” with label boss @ecxo_ecxo
Lastly @ecxo_ecxo the brains behind @lightweight_electronics will showcase tracks from a forthcoming release and we couldnt be more excited to hear whats in store!

The young talent sitting in my lap "se next picture hehe" is Alpo, a dynamic and visionary dub techno artist, has rapidly gained recognition for his distinctive sound, which now looks to blend deep bass rhythms with atmospheric and ambient layers through the launch of "No Time for Delay". His music not only invites listeners to explore a rich soundscape but also captivates them with a narrative that unfolds through pulsating beats and serene, melodic interludes. From the energetic nightlife of Aarhus, Alpo has honed his craft, captivating club-goers with his engaging performances that transcend traditional DJ sets. His approach is holistic; each track he produces and each set he performs is a journey through varied emotional and sonic terrains, offering both introspection and a compelling dance floor experience.
With his debut album, "No Time for Delay," Alpo explores the essence of dub techno while pushing its boundaries. Grammar of Movement & ECXO have teamed up on their second release ‘Brandfarlig EP’ as Parallel Planet on Lightweight Electronics.
Kicking off with fast-paced and trippy electro before delving into various styles, including acid and even italo-inspired tracks.
These two Aarhus born producers are very inspired by the roots of Detroit electro sound and have achieved their own groovy, pacy and trippy sound universe with the blend of soft analogue and edgy digital synthesizers.
The ‘Brandfarlig EP’ not only showcases the artists’ adeptness in crafting pacy and trippy electro but also unveils their versatility as they explore different facets of dance music. This release is a clear reflection of their shared love for unfiltered hardware dance music, shining through in every track. It’s easy to hear the high collaborative energy the two producers have when they’re in the studio together.
