At 17xM, lighting is organized across a sequence of conditions—from the building edge to the lobby, shared interiors, and rooftop—each calibrated to its scale and use.
In the lobby, layered illumination defines reception, vertical surfaces, and key architectural intersections, while decorative fixtures introduce a more controlled, human-scaled reading within the volume. In amenity areas, light is gathered closer to seating and social zones, reducing contrast while maintaining continuity across spaces.
At the exterior, lighting is applied selectively to preserve shadow and depth. On the rooftop, illumination remains close to the occupied plane, supporting safety and use while allowing the skyline to remain visually present.

At T. Rowe Price, lighting operates across two conditions: a façade defined by precise accents, and a lobby atrium where daylight establishes the primary reading of the space.
Working alongside KPF, our approach focused on connecting these experiences—from the building edge to its interior core. In the atrium, electric lighting is layered with restraint, supporting circulation at the ground plane while reinforcing vertical scale as daylight recedes. Materials and architectural lines are revealed selectively, maintaining clarity and visual comfort through the transition from day to night.
At the façade, lighting remains minimal. Targeted uplighting defines vertical elements while preserving shadow and depth, giving the building a measured nighttime presence.

The lighting brings rhythm and movement to every part of the space — from vibrant communal zones that pulse with life, to refined work areas that keep focus sharp without losing personality. Bold contrasts, expressive accents, and playful transitions all work together to create an environment that feels unmistakably WWE: fun, fearless, and full of character.
It’s lighting design with attitude — because even at work, the show goes on.

As guests move through the multi-level interiors, shifts in lighting density guide progression without breaking continuity, allowing light to organize the environment while giving each area a distinct identity.
