Today, we honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty while serving their communities as law enforcement officers. ๐
In 1962, President John F. Kennedy proclaimed May 15 as National Peace Officers Memorial Day. Today marks the culmination of a week dedicated to remembering our fallen officers and K-9 partners.
We stand in gratitude. We honor their courage. We will never forget.
As the Law Enforcement Torch Run, we are proud of our partnership and remain committed to carrying the Flame of Hope in their honor, continuing their legacy through our support of @specialolympics .๐ฅ
