Weeks ago, @nickanderer posted a brief IG Story that featured a FASCINATING kitchen tool that I had never seen before. “OMG” was my DM. “Come do a video with me!” was his reply. I spent the morning at his restaurant @leonsnyc and learned about Lamb Arrosticini, a specialty of Abruzzo, Italy which was introduced to him and his wife/business partner @natnatdrinkswine_eatspizza by their winemaker friend @cristianatiberio
It takes seconds to devour this delicious dish, but as I quickly learned, many meticulous steps to make it.

A wonderful dinner for five friends at @leonsnyc . Clams with linguine, mushroom carpaccio, brick chicken with harissa, frito mixto, kebabs, and salad. I love this spot for a classy, cozy group dinner, preferably at one of their round tables.
