On Feb 28, the UK’s most forward-thinking club imprint touches down at 618 DC for a two-room takeover curated by LENG, assembling a dream team of boundary-pushing DJs:
TSVI brings rhythmic deconstruction at its most ferocious alongside Piezo’s percussive deep mysticism straight from the Italian underground.
DC sonic forerunner and recent Nervous Horizon label contributor, Soso Tharpa, opens the night blending broken beats & bass weight.
Upstairs, the LENG crew has corralled an elite outfit of selectors based in the DMV to deliver their characteristic blend of bass, dubstep, breaks, and all interior corners therein.
Dancers - come prepared to be whisked away on a journey of rhythmic exploration of the highest caliber. Don’t sleep.

THURSDAY NOV 14 | We’re excited to announce our first home-brewed party at 618 with dub reggae legend: Mad Professor!
Mad Professor has played an undeniable role in the evolution of dance music and how it is produced today. An innovator in engineering and live dub transformation, Mad Professor and his laboratory, Ariwa Studios, has shaped the sounds of Sade, Grace Jones, Lee Scratch Perry, Jah Shaka and more. Don’t miss the opportunity to experience this unique style of live dub on the hand-built Grand Ancestor Sound System for one special night only.
In support, DC’s own Model Home brings their long-format, post-modern approach to analog destruction. Led by Pat Caine and Nappy Nappa, Model Home shapes the energy in a room through a fusion of drum-driven dance music and distorted hip-hop. Coming off a recent release with Sonic Youth’s Kim Gordon, they have become a standard-bearer for the current avant-garde of DC’s rhythmic exports.
In unity, internationally-celebrated vinyl collector, Grace of Spades (BK), will level the vibes with rare and choice records spanning the gamut of music flavored by the Caribbean and African diaspora. DC’s L.E.N.G. crew will be taking over the floor upstairs, held down by Panch, Jett, Kouhai and Djoser.
