Fantastic audience at the Metabolismo Lagunare Extended Landscape festival in Venice!
Le Lab Registered brought a Buchla, two Theremins, a vibraphone interface and a drum kit to the disused Forte Bazzera military base for an exceptional open-air concert.
The duo was accompanied by @moulaye_niang_ on drums.

TET005 - Le Lab Registered ‘Broadcast EP’
We welcome Swiss duo Le Lab Registered onto the label with a reimagining of their 2006 CD-only album ‘103.5’. Le Lab’s work can be traced back to the early nineties where lack of blueprint blossomed their playful and bizarre experimentations in techno, full of heart, bursting with imagination. ‘103.5’ can be listened to as a sonic playground of sorts, where stuttering drums, wiggling pads and layer upon layer of sampled material interweave and interact.
‘Broadcast EP’ features freshly extended cuts/remixes of ‘The Pitch’ and ‘Broadcast’, the brand new vignette ‘Radio Tirana’, and the untouched original ‘CB Music’.
Le Lab Registered is a project that has remained discrete for decades but their sound remains exalted in its uniqueness and ingenuity.

Been nearly a couple weeks since our release party for Le Lab Registered’s forthcoming ‘Broadcast’ EP. What a special place to celebrate in.

We have invited Swiss duo Le Lab Registered to return to Spanners celebrating the forthcoming release of their ‘Broadcast’ EP on the label.
LLR will be performing a live set keying into their idiosyncratic and energetic style of dance music with support from Royale Cattin’s homage “Divine Resurrection”. We will be providing a DJ set to follow this.
We have been working with Le Lab Registered for a while now after being enchanted by their catalogue spanning the late 80s - present. We are very excited to share with you their sound, both at Spanners and on the ‘Broadcast’ EP.
Doors 11:00pm at £10… expect sonic goodies to be handed out on arrival
