Beatrice Lynn solo and Jake Leech/Sam Clapp in duo format. Beatrice Lynn Beatrice Lynn is a saxophonist and composer originally from Beloit, Wisconsin. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. As both a side-woman and a leader, they performed at venues in the Midwest such as the Jazz Gallery, Cafe Coda, Merriman’s Playhouse and the Whistler. Her work combines elements of jazz, classical, rock and electronic music. In addition to performing and composing, she has taught saxophone and flute at various public schools in the Chicago Suburbs and has been awarded multiple grants as a music researcher. Jake Leech/Sam Clapp Jake Leech is a bassist, improviser, and score composer based in Chicago, IL. Sam Clapp is a video producer and composer living in Chicago. Recent projects: scoring films with band Cue Shop (/).

For the second installment, we welcome Jake Leech and Maiuscula for an afternoon of improvised guitar drone, electroacoustic bass, and electronics. To the best weekend of the year! Thank you @truefalsefilmfest for out doing yourself once again.
