Still floating after that closing experience…
It took me a little time to fully settle into my set, at first leading with thoughts instead of instinct. And at some point something shifted, I stopped thinking. The true meaning of letting go: when the body knows before the mind. By releasing control, I began to truly guide. When this state of trance is here, it’s just so magical.
I felt the energy of the room also evolving and transforming with me, as if we were breathing in the same rhythm, all connected. The music took over. It was truly beautiful.
Also first time playing records in a club. (And what a club for a debuts!!! 🫠) The way it sounds differently, the feeling… Inexplicable.
It was an honor to share this weekend with such incredible artists, and take over after maestro Gerd Janson… A gift.
