This December, we’re honored to welcome Eric Leadbetter to the Light House as a guest facilitator for Chakra Tuning Yoga and our Winter Solstice Sound Journey!
Eric brings a deeply intentional approach to sound, movement, and frequency. His work weaves together yoga-inspired movement, breath, mindfulness, and live sound to support energetic balance and nervous system regulation. This is a practice rooted in listening, not pushing. In tuning, not striving.
Chakra Tuning Yoga is an invitation to feel your body from the inside out. Through gentle movement and vibrational sound, each energy center is supported in softening, clearing, and coming back into harmony. Especially in winter, this kind of practice helps us slow down, recalibrate, and reconnect with ourselves in a grounded, embodied way.
We’re grateful to introduce Eric’s work to our community and to offer this special experience during a season that asks us to move inward, conserve energy, and tend what’s subtle but essential.
