Join us for Action Nights at The Commons in downtown Bend this summer. Every 2nd Thursday of the month, roll up to @thecommonsbend for political hope and new friends. Kinda like run club but without exercise. We will have experts in a variety of local policies and issues that need your help writing postcards and letters to decision makers. We will walk you through the process of reaching out to your representatives and the importance of public comments both written and verbal! Very casual, come and go as you please event! The Commons is offering $1 off beverages for anyone who completes an action. Come for action, stay for happy hour! 🍻

Action Nights started as a collaboration between @oregonwild and @orsierraclub to make local policy engagement more accessible, social, and hopeful. Last year we gathered in the garden at The Environmental Center — and this year, our friends at @thecommonsbend are hosting us!
Join us every 2nd Thursday from May through August for a mix of happy hour + hands-on action. Connect with local organizations, take real steps on issues that matter, and meet others who care about the future of Central Oregon.
