Allow me to introduce the dream team here in this post. One of the greatest lessons this industry has taught me over time is just how important the people surrounding our clients truly are. After years of producing weddings and celebrations in all kinds of places, I’ve learned exactly the kind of energy I want in the room, and on event day: collaborative, creative, calm under pressure, solution oriented, kind, wildly talented, and deeply respectful of one another and of the client experience. Throw in a little humor and a sick dance move and it’s a banner day. 👌🏼
This team comes together time and again with incredible synergy, motivation, trust, and a shared commitment to creating something meaningful. And honestly? The result is not only spectacular for our couples, it makes the process genuinely fun for me too.
