When Plan A turns into Plan B… and somehow it’s even more beautiful.
Alexa & Harrison were meant to say “I do” on the Ca’ d’Zan terrace overlooking Sarasota Bay, but the weather had other ideas.
With rain arriving just before the ceremony,
@lauradetwilerevents and her team seamlessly moved everything to the Ringling loggias, transforming the space into something just as magical. As the rain fell, it added the most romantic, intimate ambiance to the evening.
We were all in awe as Alexa walked down the loggias aisle in her Mark Ingram gown. Striking the perfect balance between architectural structure and soft elegance, a dress made for the Ringling.
It may not have gone exactly as planned, but it couldn’t have been more perfect—and the dance floor stayed full all night.
