I had an incredible week last week, beginning at @everymantheatre where I did a reading of my play Smoke, followed by recording sessions in New York, community conversations and healing fellowship with @longwharftheatre and BTWATC’s Year 6 cohort and some past cohort members, I heard my newest play read outloud for the first time and ended the week in conversation with my sister @thegisellekristina and other cast members of Smoke happening in Boston in June with @outoffensive . Shout out to everyone who made last week possible and poured so much love into making it so special. ❤️🤗 More exciting updates to come! 😊
Thank you to everyone who has sent me beautiful birthday messages. I have been super busy this week working on a few projects I love! More soon! ❤️❤️❤️
Join us this Monday, April 6, for a reading of SMOKE by Lady Dane Figueroa Edidi as we continue our Script Tease Reading Series!
1960s D.C. A fresh start that won’t stay simple.
When Janet Howard moves into her grandmother’s H Street home with her son, new connections spark old wounds. As secrets rise to the surface, the bonds they’ve built are pushed to the edge.
SMOKE is a story of love, truth, and the power of chosen family.
