This past season featured the laughter and hijinks of The 39 Steps, the roots of American music history in Marie and Rosetta, the warmth of tradition in Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, the longing and self-discovery of August Wilson's Joe Turner's Come and Gone, the exploration of language and power in English, and the rollercoaster of emotions and song in Come From Away. Thank you for joining us at YOUR Theatre! Look out for single tickets for our 2026-2027 Season going on sale later this summer, or explore Season Ticket Membership options today at irtlive.com

When talking about Come From Away, we talk a lot about the people affected by 9/11, but an undertold part of the story is the how the animals in the cargo holds got along, how Bonnie at the Gander SPCA made it her mission to care for them, and how the chimps on the plane fared. We took actors Bets & Larry on a trip to the Indianapolis Zoo to get an up close look at our city's chimps, learn about these amazing creatures, and just have an all around great day at one of our finest attractions! Thanks to the Zoo for having us! See Come From Away before it leaves on May 10! irtlive.com for tickets

This year marks the 25th anniversary since September 11, 2001. IND is collecting personal reflections from our community about what life looked like for them in the days following 9-11. Some of these stories will be shared online and at the airport’s annual Patriots Day event in September. All stories will be preserved for future generations through a digital archive in partnership with @indylibrary . We invite you to include a written reflection, photo, or video at the link in bio. As the @irtlive moves into the last week of its powerful production of Come From Away, we invited some of their team to add their personal reflections to the collection. Featuring the stories of: ▪️ Anna Barnett, Education Manager ▪️ Benjamin Hanna, Margot Lacy Eccles Artistic Director ▪️ Devon Ginn, Director of Inclusion & Community Partnerships Come From Away runs through May 10. It's a story about community and resilience in the face of tragedy and we hope you get a chance to see it!
