TikTok asked us for a B2B summit. We built the FYP in an industrial hall. Three stages. A branded Späti. A claw machine. A logo tunnel. The algorithm, made physical.
Katchin had no cultural footprint in Germany. So we built it. A two-day takeover on Kudamm. Four immersive worlds. Jewelry turned into space, mood, and experience.
Katchin stopped being only a URL the moment Berlin started wearing it, touching it, moving through it. 309K organic impressions. But more importantly: From unknown to reference point.
For the launch of the new NARS foundation, we moved the digital hype off the platform and into the Bridge Studios with the community that built it.
