still trying to wrap my head around this one. RED was by far the most extensive project i’ve ever put my hands on. from the moment @theycallmecalm and @encoreabj rapped their verses over that mighty beat by @karhisab in front of me, i knew this track was legendary. my brothers poured their hearts into it, and the visuals had to do justice to their words and emotions. experiencing the whole journey of building the song out visually with @encoreabj to curating this amazing team who brought the vision to life was nothing short of magical. i still can’t believe we pulled this off. watching everything come together on the timeline while editing had me so psyched. big, big love to my brothers @seedhemaut for always trusting me w it and for being such insane creative powerhouses. i’m always in awe. and big love to every single person on the team who took it personally to bring this into existence. nothing but gratitude for y’all. “We used a probe lens to capture the eyeball and took a shot the dancer with enough headroom to insert the eyeball plate above him in post. Our director/editor Pulkit added the effect of the wall being torn open. Almost everything was top-lit, with no ground lights, so the set felt more like a playroom than a constructed set.
