Yesterday we had a fun chat that brought together some incredibly talented people talking through the making of @greygoose and all flavors through the lens of pastry. The name of the game is Flavor Fluency and we learned from the best. So much love to the whole team @republiquerestaurantla For hosting us. Chef @missleah608 for leading the pastry session for us and making us look like pros @thetikithomas for creating some amazing cocktails that brought the story of the new @greygoose Berry Rouge in to sharper focus. And @dustingenereux for getting some amazing shots along the way.

Laverstoke Calling 📞 Tobin from Redbird dived into hydrosols and forced carbonation, breaking down techniques in a way that made them feel approachable rather than precious. The focus wasn’t on over-engineering cocktails, but on understanding flavor and process. A reminder that great drinks much like Bombay Sapphire itself — are built on balance, clarity, and respect for botanicals.

A couple nights back I got to get some friends together at the legendary @ladolcevitabevhills for a special @greygoose Vive Le Vodka Martini dinner exploring the history and evolution of the vodka martini and tracing the cocktail from its early expressions through the moments that shaped it, and the creative ways bartenders are interpreting the vodka martini today. Unforgettable night all around made even better by good friends, the team @ladolcevitabevhills and the history of the room itself. Major thanks to everyone that came out and made it possible. ❤️🍸🤌🏾 Also shot out to @_linduh_ for capturing the magic of the night 📸

A couple weeks back I got to host an amazing group @weiserfamilyfarms with @greygoose bringing to life a program we call #NaturetoNurture , connecting our local produce and terroir to the process that goes in to making @greygoose from the wheat fields of Picardie all the way to putting it in the hands of talented bartenders all around the world. We had a day trip to Malibu chatting with @alejandroweiser about his work with @weiserfamilyfarms and @tehachapigrainproject illustrating the importance of terroir and land stewardship in growing world class produce. We pickled some melon balls and farm fresh produce as a keepsake of our visit. We had a couple stops and cocktails along the way put together by some amazing bartenders. Shot out to @marcopolotrattoriala @silverlakepoolandinn @craftandconsume @notnobar for the amazing and creative cocktails utilizing @weiserfamilyfarms produce. And to @basqueria for the amazing lunch on the farm. What a perfect day. Thanks to everyone that came to hang out and learn from the legend @alejandroweiser . And as always BIG thanks to @vivo.visuals for capturing all of these amazing shots. see yall soon 👀🪿🍸

California Day Trip 🚌🌿 A thoughtfully curated day by @krsv @greygoose that began with brunch at Silver Lake Pool Inn, followed by a scenic drive through the Malibu canyons to the Weiser Family Farms ☀️🌾home to world-class produce and sustainable farming. From exploring the grounds, picking fresh herbs 🌿 to meeting the animals 🐐 and crafting seasonal pickled melon jars to take home, the experience captured the essence of California’s late-summer abundance. The visit wrapped with a vibrant farm-to-table lunch shared outdoors and a phenomenal Mochi Melon Dirty Martini with Grey Goose, sticky rice vinegar pickled Weiser Arava melon, Noilly Pratt dry vermouth, cream sherry, Kota pandan liqueur, basil infused olive oil and pickled melon ball garnish.🍸🍈 but wait the day wasn’t over yet… Part 2 coming up next ☝️

Man… to say the end of an era would be putting it lightly. For six years, I had the privilege of working alongside Ryan in his role as national ambassador for @bombaysapphireus through a number of seasons, changes, and challenges. Together we traveled the country and the world, sharing stories and striving to reflect the qualities of the mentors we looked up to in this industry. We worked on one of the most rewarding projects I have ever been a part of with @mostimaginativebartender and got to witness the bar community reconnect with the creative passions that drive them and give them a unique perspective and voice. The bond that came from it is powerful. Everyone we crossed paths with, that we mentored and learned from, left with a deeper sense of their voice and the talents they have to share. We really created some unforgettable moments. That was all possible because of Ryan’s vision and leadership. More than anything, he’s been someone who really helped guide me—who helped me get it along the way. Working with Ryan taught me how to use my voice and bring the best parts of myself not just to the job, but to how I show up for others. Because that’s who he is, someone who lifts people up, leads with intention, and quietly makes everyone around him better. I met Ryan when I joined the Bombay team in 2019, and honestly, I was pretty intimidated at first. He has a way of keeping you guessing with his honesty and dry sense of humor. Over the years I got to admire his leadership up close—his mentorship, integrity, and deep care for people. He’s a true leader. And an even better friend. Everyone should be lucky enough to have someone like this in their corner. I’m grateful to have gained one of my closest friends through this journey. I am forever better for the impact you’ve had on me and I appreciate you forever for it. We’ve shared some pretty amazing adventures in the last several years, and I can’t wait to see what the next chapter holds. Stoked for you to go out and crush it in your next endeavor my brother. Cheers to the legend, the best to ever do it. The dark lord of Laverstoke. @vision_in_motion
