From their legendary showcase potatoes to vibrant radishes, Alex Weiser and his team continue to grow some of the most beloved produce in Southern California. Some of Weiser’s incredible fall produce that we’re picking up include Nantes carrots, potatoes, quince, Bloomsdale spinach, Red Kuri, and sunchokes - true seasonal standouts from one of California’s most iconic family farms. 🌿🥕🥔

This month, I’m honored to be collaborating with my dear friend and incredible farmer Alex Weiser, the heart behind @weiserfamilyfarms Every dish on this month’s menu is inspired by and sourced from the summer abundance of their land — melons, eggplant, mulberries, potatoes, peaches, tomatoes… the list goes on.
Expect a meal that’s sweet, smoky, spicy, tangy, and deeply nourishing — a sensory love letter to peak summer and a celebration of soil, season, and shared stories.
There will be good food, good people, and that special kind of magic that only happens when we gather with intention.
