Happy Amma Day to all the mother and mother figures in the world! I love my Amma who at 70+ is always up for a good time, an incredible woman who has been open to learning and growing, a wonderful mother-in-law and a loving wife. We are also so lucky to know and admire so many dear friends who are strong, kind and fun mothers raising happy children. Love you all. Hope you are all being showered with love, celebrated and acknowledged today for the many many hours you put into this often thankless, unpaid and underappreciated job you all do. Remind your kids of what my mom says when I wish her on mothers day - "for you, it better be my mother's day everyday" :)
