Cafe update part 3: We had to shave off a few inches from the counter top because we are going to install a custom wooden counter top from @dapperwoodsf and it’s going to be thick! Shaving off 2 inches from top will make enough room for Marco’s beautiful concept without compromising ergonomics for the baristas. Excited to see @dapperwoodsf concept come alive. Flooring is done in the loft. Sounds and sights from Navilumane Estate. Where I learnt everything about coffee. This farm has been a blessing for our family. It's been in the family for five generations and my parents run this farm till this date. @dr.j.k.ram @bhagavathi_ks_ The first coffee I ever sipped was also from this farm. I was maybe 3 year old. All adults would drink coffee at the farm and they would add a drop of coffee in a glass of milk for the kids so that they feel included in the ritual :) These are some of the clips from the last harvest season on the farm.
