Being next to Pure Project, I honestly told myself, “maybe Koobrew doesn’t need to make hoppy beer.”
Well… that did not last.
So we brewed an old school West Coast IPA, and a double dry hopped pale ale that came out super lovable. Bright, crispy, aromatic, a little nostalgic. It is like finding your favorite old record at a dusty shop :)
Turns out there’s always room for one more hoppy beer in San Diego. Especially when it’s brewed with a little soul😌
