The adventure of a lifetimeš„
After 6 weeks in China I can proudly say I was able to scratch off the one thing that has been at the top of my bucketlist for almost 10 years now, train Shaolin Kung Fu in China.
From the amazing views Iāve seen, to the extreme muscle pain Iāve experienced, to the incredible people I have met, they all shaped my experience here in a way that I didnāt think was possible, and Iām very grateful for every single one of them. The bonds made over training together are indescribable, and will hopefully last a lifetime.
My mind is empty and my heart is full.
Iām going back home with a newfound understanding of myself and where I want to go in the future, so after the holidays, itās time to get back to work and implement what I have learned in my limited stay here, both physically and mentally.
I canāt wait to see where this story will take me.
