四月第一週的Friday Premiere，首次邀請到莊園負責人及另一個冠軍咖啡品牌同場聯乘，一個晚上舉辦了杯測會及手沖分享。
上半場先由哥倫比亞冠軍級莊園
@cafegranjalaesperanza 代表Juan
@judaheme12 主持，帶來16款最新咖啡批次，杯測完後更即興盲沖其中一款豆，全場20餘位參加者，最後只有一位答中品種及處理法，贏得CGLE自家Cupping Spoon！
下半場來自韓國釜山冠軍級咖啡品牌aery
@aery.coffee 加入，帶來Finca Sophia拍賣批次、Lost Origins、Finca Deborah及Sky Project等豆選，分享選豆及烘焙理念。
除了杯測和咖啡沖煮，我們更希望透過每一場形式各異的分享會，為上游生產者、擁有相同理念的咖啡業者和咖啡愛好者提供一個能自在交流的空間。
活動最後由莊園代表Juan、Laughing及韓國aery代表一齊沖煮三款不同CGLE批次作結，這個回憶對我們來說太珍貴了！
In the first week of April’s Friday Premiere, we hosted a unique event featuring the manager of the Colombian coffee estate
@cafegranjalaesperanza and a champion coffee brand, aery
@aery.coffee from Busan, South Korea.
The evening included a cupping session led by CGLE‘s Juan, who showcased 16 latest seasonal coffees during the cupping. Later, with participants attempting a blind brew game, the winner wins a CGLE Cupping Spoon.

In Knockbox, our wish is to create a relaxed space for producers, coffee professionals, and enthusiasts to connect through diverse sharing sessions.
We concluded the evening with Juan, Laughing, and aery representative's Hong Woo brewing three different CGLE batches together, creating a cherished memory for all involved. 🩵💚🤍
