Teamwork makes the dream work and we do, in fact, have the best team EVER. From @playing.with.flour@ninasubhas and @_naomibakes at Prospect Heights to @jacquelyndlb@your_friend_hailey@weisi.phua holding down the fort at Radio Bakery Greenpoint- to my family, friends, and partners.
It’s unrelenting, exhausting, and 100% worth it. I love what I do and who I work with every day.

At Radio Bakery (@radiobakerynyc ), Rising Star Baker Kelly Mencin (@kmencin ) elevates her croissant with a rich pastry cream infused with Nielsen-Massey (@nielsenmassey_culinary ) vanilla beans. Laminated to perfection with tourage butter and finished with vanilla simple syrup, the custard croissant highlights Mencin's creativity and high attention to detail.
