This Easter Saturday we're joined by Brooklyn-based friend, baker and writer Tanya Bush to celebrate the release of her debut narrative cookbook Will This Make You Happy.
We'll have a limited number of signed copies available from the bakery 😭
A reimagining of Tanya's soba cha panna cotta recipe from the book with bright red strawberry compote, buckwheat genoise and caramelised soba cha crunch, all happily getting along inside in our signature croissant shell.
We've been huge fans of Tanya (@will.this.make.me.happy ) for years and we're so excited to be collaborating with her on this pastry. Will This Make You Happy might just be the most relatable baking book ever.
