The view from the banquette at 'The Duke', former Victorian East End pub, redesigned from scratch - and nowhere does that feel more true than standing in this kitchen.

We don’t only work on our own projects. A significant part of what we do is partnering with interior designers who need a joinery maker they can trust - someone who understands design intent, works to the same standard, and doesn’t need hand-holding through the process.
So when @triflecreative approached us to collaborate on ‘The Duke’, we said yes immediately. A former Victorian East End pub, converted into a home - and one of our favourite joinery briefs we’ve taken on: woven leather-fronted bedroom wardrobes, the banquette of dreams, a joy inspiring kitchen (just to name a few). Each design refined, manufactured and installed by us. Trifle Home* are brilliant - the kind of designers who know exactly what they want and give you the creative space to deliver it properly. We love a detail that is a little unexpected, making a home feel like nobody else’s. Encaustic patterned tile meets oak parquet at the point where the living room and kitchen extension meet in our Victoria Park project.
In this compact ensuite, we wanted to maximise storage in a cost effective way. By tiling the worktop and building out some simple cupboards below, we were able to create something truly bespoke - without stretching the budget.
