To my Duo partner @slimothy.bing ,thank you for saying yes to something so big and unknown. A solo experience takes courage; don’t take that lightly. Thank you for trusting a Black woman to help get you to the start line. We showed, in real time, that Black folks can come together, support, and lean on each other through something demanding. That matters. Endurance looks different for all of us. This journey was layered, tough and unforgettable. You showed up, pushed yourself, and hit a mileage PR…that’s something to be proud of. To my people… there aren’t enough words, but I have to try. Ashleigh your gift of media and organization is unmatched. You didn’t just capture moments, you held them with care.
