Ni Maxine briefly stepped off her UK tour to join Kit Lockey’s Breakfast Show with an interview and live session, celebrating her debut EP Mother’s Arms and her upcoming live show this Friday at Lower Third.
We also heard new music from ZENA, Shy One, Bel Cobain, Jerk, EVM128 and many many more.
Taking a couple of weeks off, Kit will be back on Monday 11th May with another special guest.

Rooted in jazz and inspired by broken beat pioneers such as Kaidi Tatham, Dego, and Bugz, his sets blend groove-focused house, bruk, funk, soul, and hip hop. A regular across London’s music-first venues, he’s also played at festivals including We Out Here, Secret Garden Party, and Wild Wood Disco.
