working with the @therock i learnt a valuable gem i thought I’d share. It was to do with #TIME , #TheRock had one of the most insane work ethics but yet he also had the ability to be in the present, which #woke up my reality. I constantly remind myself daily to live in the present and utilise my time to make a difference ✨ #KeepOnPushing #URTheOnlyPower ✨
The Caribbean has been an unforgettable experience. So much life, flavour, culture, and energy across every island.

Almost back 🚥 💪🏿
Finally getting back to myself.
It’s crazy how, even on a fitness journey, you can lose your way… or step off the path completely trying something new. But that’s part of it.
Sometimes you have to explore different versions of yourself to realise what truly fits.
The beauty is you can always return, rebuild, and push even further than before.
I never stop chasing growth. Testing limits. Challenging who I am.
Because the truth is… we don’t actually know our full potential until we push for it.

It pushes you to levels you might not reach on your own.
Sometimes the people you train with might be stronger, faster, or more experienced — but that’s part of the process. Being around people who challenge you raises your standard and keeps you accountable.

Back workout routine 💪
For everyone who’s been asking — save this one.
This routine works for men and women, just adjust the weight to match your strength.
I perform 4 sets of each exercise, aiming for 10–12 reps per set.
I start with pull-ups, then move into seated cable rows to warm up the back and activate the muscles.
Next are deadlifts, gradually increasing the weight while keeping the movement controlled.
Then I go into bent-over rows, pulling the bar toward my hips and squeezing the back at the top of the movement.
After that, I move onto the chest-supported row machine, focusing on slow reps and really feeling the contraction in the back muscles.
To finish, I do a superset between lat pulldowns and straight-arm cable pulldowns to fully fatigue the lats.
4 sets • 10–12 reps • Focus on control and contraction.
Build a strong back and everything else follows — strength, posture, and power.
