Right after the American Tour I looked in the mirror and felt disgusted on how brutal I let myself go. I jumped straight into the gym the next day and promised myself I would workout every single day and eat clean not matter what until the next tour. When you have a problem the only solution is to put the work in and be disciplined. I want to be the best example that cameraman can stay fit and dialed. It’s that time!!
