Every great physical therapist has a journey.
Different experiences. Different mentors. Different environments that shape how they lead, coach, and care for people.
At KIME, we believe the best clinicians are built through exposure, growth, and real-world experience — not by staying comfortable.
We’re building an environment where mentorship, performance, rehabilitation, and leadership all come together to develop clinicians who want to make a lasting impact.
If you’re looking for more than just a job — if you want a career that challenges you to grow — we’d love to meet you.

The best physical therapists aren’t built from one path.
They’re shaped by different experiences, different challenges, and different people who help them grow along the way.
This conversation highlights something we believe deeply at KIME: helping people move and heal starts with understanding the whole person behind the injury.
That’s why we’ve built an environment centered around mentorship, development, performance, and meaningful patient care.
For the clinicians who want to think deeper, lead better, and continue growing — this is what we do.

What a night. 👏
Huge thank you to everyone who helped make Oak Ridge Sports Physical Night such a success at KIME Performance yesterday.
Over 200+ student-athletes came through our doors between 5–8PM to get cleared and ready for the upcoming season — and it truly took a team effort.
Thank you to all of the physicians, providers, physical therapists, nurses, volunteers, and staff who donated their time to serve our local athletes and community.
Shoutout to:
⚕️ Our doctors and medical providers for completing physical exams and clearances
💪 Our PTs for leading vitals, movement assessments, and MSK screenings
🩺 Our volunteers and support staff for helping the entire process run smoothly from start to finish
Community nights like this are a reminder of what happens when healthcare, athletics, and service come together for something bigger than ourselves.
We appreciate every athlete, family, volunteer, and provider who showed up to make this happen. 💙
Built for collaboration. Built for performance.
We’re proud to share a space with @performance_edu here — creating an environment where movement, rehabilitation, and performance all work together under one roof.
From clinicians and students to athletes and everyday people working toward their goals, this space was designed to bring the right people together.
Grateful for the partnership, the energy, and the community being built inside these walls every single day. 🤝

From collegiate soccer athlete to future sports physical therapist.
Chandler Roselli is a Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Whitworth University with a strong passion for sports medicine, movement-based rehabilitation, and patient-centered care. During his time in KIME’s Premiere Sports Clinical Rotation, Chandler trained within an integrated rehab and performance environment focused on bridging rehabilitation with human performance.
Prior to PT school, Chandler gained experience across multiple outpatient orthopedic and performance settings throughout Northern California, working with athletic, orthopedic, pediatric, and geriatric populations. His background as both a Physical Therapy Aide and Flexologist helped shape his understanding of movement progression, patient communication, and individualized care.
A former collegiate soccer athlete at Dominican University of California, Chandler brought a performance-minded perspective to the clinic while continuing to develop his understanding of kinetic linking, progressive programming, objective movement assessment, and return-to-performance principles.
Known for his adaptability, positive energy, and strong work ethic, Chandler is passionate about helping patients regain confidence, function, and performance through evidence-based care.
We’ve loved having Chandler as part of the team and are excited to see where his career takes him next.

Mya Lopez is a Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Western University of Health Sciences with a strong passion for sports medicine, performance rehabilitation, and evidence-based patient care. A former Division I collegiate soccer athlete, Mya’s personal experience navigating multiple ACL injuries shaped her commitment to helping athletes return to sport with confidence and long-term success.
Mya was selected as one of KIME’s 2025 Premiere Sports Scholarship recipients in recognition of her leadership, academic excellence, and passion for sports physical therapy. During her time within the KIME Premiere Sports Clinical Rotation, she trained in an integrated sports medicine and performance environment focused on bridging rehabilitation with human performance. Through this experience, she expanded her understanding of movement analysis, progressive loading strategies, return-to-performance principles, and objective performance assessment.
In addition to her clinical development, Mya has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership and service through roles including Student Government Association member, APTA class representative, tutor, and community volunteer. Her current research focuses on the relationship between biomechanical performance data and psychological readiness following ACL reconstruction.
Mya is known for her drive, compassion, leadership, and dedication to continuous growth as a clinician. We’re excited to see all that’s ahead for her.
Community Impact moving beyond the clinic walls. 👏
This past Sunday evening, Justin Reimann represented KIME at the Boys Team Charity EDH Chapter, speaking to students about health, movement, and taking ownership of their future.
From foundational movement education and nutrition to hydration, recovery, and the realities of substance use and harmful trends — the conversation centered around making informed choices and building a strong foundation for long-term health.
Most importantly, the message was simple:
Take ownership of your actions, your health, and your future.
Appreciate the opportunity to invest in the next generation. 💪

As a Regional Director, KIME Fellow, and Subject Matter Expert, he doesn’t just lead—he elevates. His impact is felt across his team, his peers, and every athlete and patient he works with.
But beyond the titles, he’s the kind of person you want in your corner—bringing energy, humility, and a genuine commitment to others.
