Monday Training at Performance EDU
Mondays set the tone. Our sessions focus on quality movement, solid mechanics, and purposeful strength work to reset after the weekend and build a strong foundation for the week ahead.

Today is the day you build tomorrow.
Sunday is closed at Performance EDU, and that's by design. Recovery is part of the program. The body that adapts to training is the body that recovers from training. Skip the recovery and you're not training hard. You're just accumulating fatigue.
A simple Sunday checklist:
Sleep in if you can. Walk for thirty minutes. Hydrate like it's your job. Eat real food, including protein at every meal. Pull out a notebook and plan the week — sessions, meetings, meals, the things you don't want to leave to chance.
Then show up Monday morning ready.
Closed Sunday. Open Monday 5 AM.

Friday is the test.
Anyone can show up on Monday with fresh legs and a clean week ahead. Fridays are different. Fridays come at the end of long weeks, tough sessions, short sleep, and the pull of everywhere else you could be.
That's why the Fridays you show up are the ones that matter. The week you trained four days instead of five is the week you started telling yourself it was okay to skip. The Friday you came in tired and got the work done is the one that built the next month.
Consistency isn't built on the good days. It's built on the ones where you have every reason not to.
