A lovestruck Hyosang finds himself in a perpetual freefall due to the gravity of love. I guess I’ve fallen over you is a music video that overlays falling in love and falling in every other sense of the word. Despite them being very different things, the emotions and sensations can often feel very similar ;) Song and Performance by @hyosanggg Directed by Michael Y. Sharing some stills from our comedy thriller, In My Head. Thanks to all who helped with this film; it was a blast! The newly appointed CEO of the family company discovers a dark secret following the passing of his father. In My Head explores the sensation of being unable to escape the expectation trap. Where is the line between doing what seems right and what feels right? In this film, George watches his life pass by as he lives a life that is not his own. Sharing stills from our roadtrip film, Picking Up Where We Left Off. Grateful for the fun memories from this film! Two brothers reconnect during their annual road trip, their first since the departure of their father. Picking Up Where We Left Off is a film that explores both the resilience of family and its mercurial nature of misunderstandings. Jake and Sammy are both right in their own regards as they navigate their differences to find sympathy for one another. Sometimes, distance is what is best. Starring Ji Woo Jung Kwang Min Lee Director - Michael Y. Kim DP - Park Sinuk Producer - Kwang Min Lee, Michael Y. Kim

A disillusioned Yeena dreams of what could have been when she realizes the reality she currently lives is one of joy. Cheesecake is a music video that explores the idea of the shoulda-coulda-woulda. Dreams are ideas that are chased, romanticized, and are often excuses for discontent. It’s never too late to make these fantasies your reality. In this music video, Yeena searches internally to relocate that charm that makes her uniquely her. Song and Performance by Yeena Sung Director: Michael Y. Kim Director of Photography: Emmet Luciano Production Manager: Ola Pater Assistant Director: Soo Oh Bang Production Designer: Esmeralda Han Gaffer: Ethan Langenau Assistant Camera: Dong-Ren Hong Hair and Makeup Artist: Jesse Grey Kim Wardrobe: Yeena Sung Colorist: Emmet Luciano Editor: Michael Y. Sharing some stills from my zombie film, Undead Calamity. Two sisters set out to find their mother during a zombie outbreak when both foes and friends take a stand. Undead Calamity is a film that explores perspective and how small thoughts can manifest extreme actions. Morality is a line that is blurry and is fluid based on the eyes of the beholder. When put in the reaches of peril, true colors of the heart begin to surface. In this film, 애리 (Ari) has to make a decision that will skew her outlook on life forever. Starring: Jueun Kang Ji Hye Kang Seo Hyunjae Kim Dae Myeoung Director, Writer - Michael Y. Kim Producer, AD - Jiin Oh Co-Producer - Yara Gari Director of Photography - Kwang Min Lee Unit Production Manager - Hanhee Oh Gaffer - Youngha Park Grip - Junhyung Lim 1st AC - Park Sinuk 2nd AC - Jimin Jung Sound - Dae hyeon Park Makeup Artist - Ranhee Park Makeup Asst. - Dayoung Park Composer - Jeremy Klewicki Edit, Color - Michael Y. Sunkissed Sky is now released! Thank you to everyone who was involved in making this very personal film come to life. Live life to your fullest. A Korean-American golden child grapples with the ramifications of falling short of expectations. Sunkissed Sky is a film that attempts to capture the essence of what it is to live a life driven by achievements, expectations, and acceptance. Henry Haneul Yoon lives a life defined by a merit-based checklist rather than one driven by dreams. When faced with a discrepancy in what is expected of him and what he desires, the individual hopes of the family become fantasies. In this film, Henry reflects on the circumstances that lead him to this point. Ji Woo Jung as Henry Haneul Yoon Youlim Nam as Soohyun Lee Ryan Youngwoong Kim as Sangjae Yoon Teddy Oh as Young Henry Director, Writer, Editor - Michael Y. Kim Producer - Yijian Shan Director of Photography - Emmet Luciano Assistant Director - Jiin Oh Production Designer - Sharvari Bhat Art Assistant - Yoko Kohmoto Make-up Artist - Tanzhi Liu 1st Assistant Camera - Bobby Han, Owen Zhang 2nd Assistant Camera - Kwang Min Lee Gaffer - Robert Shen Grip - Andrew Howell Sound - CJ Bruce Composer - Nora Marris Production Assistant - Sage Jung, Yoojin Yeo

Excited to release my first short film, Maestri. It’s been two years since making this film and am glad to be finally getting around to sharing it. Thank you to everyone who made this film possible! A daughter-father pair of orchestra conductors get into a fight when auditions go poorly. Maestri is a film that depicts a life in the shadows. Even though Celine’s passions truly lie in music, nothing she does will ever be able to fill the shoes of her father. Bound by blood but cemented by the public gaze, Celine lives a life that feels contingent on success. In the film, Celine confronts her father in a futile attempt to plead her case. Celia Kenney as Celine Rick J. Koch as Jeff Director, Writer, Editor - Michael Y. Kim Producer - Sofia Ortega Director of Photography - Andrew Howell Assistant Director - Eva Vidan Gaffer - Tonghuan Zhao Sound - Travis Jones Assistant Camera - Raina Yang Production Assistant - Gorby Shih

Shoutout to the best blockmates ever. I can’t believe it’s been (almost) 4 years. It feels really weird and sad knowing our time together at school is suddenly over, but this is merely a “till next time.” Thank you all for the fun times, undying support, and for being my rock. Love y’all
