🚨KillZen (Live) at @magneticfieldsfestival 2024 Aftermovie🚨 Our Magnetic Fields Festival debut was nothing short of a surreal, cinematic dream, one we’ll carry with us for years and years to come. We compiled the bts, soundcheck, self promotions & all our favourite moments from the festival into this highlight reel. To everyone who not only praised our set but even our soundcheck, to those who spotted our sign in the desert and promised they’d come see us play, to each and every one of you who screamed our melodies louder than the sound system, Thank you! Seeing fans wanting to take pictures, old schoolmates attending to congratulate, and endless queues stretching just to catch a glimpse was a sight we’ll never forget. Cannot thank @Simiguptaa & @Tanvibhatnagarr enough. Your help & belief in us shaped this moment more than anyone would ever get to know. From @prernakapur hyping us up at the message board to @thelifeofzyther and herself shamefully skipping queues just to make it to the rooftop in time for our set to @G.Shrey , who turned 30 while capturing this once-in-a-lifetime performance, we couldn’t have asked for a better lens to immortalize this. 📸 🎹 To @Jaydrive_ , @Basheer.rar & @Oorjakhetarpall , the backbone of our perfect soundcheck, without you, we couldn’t have performed our set in its entirety. 🧥 To @talldeer & @BackAlleyBodega , for making us feel and look our best, your fits were 🔥 And finally, mad love to @thelifeofZyther , who ticked this off the bucket list with us. Today, exactly 10 years ago I started my B-Tech in Electronic Music Technology with @pointblankmusicschool and it still feels like it was just yesterday that the UK govt stole away my dream, “I wanted to extend my stay to learn live performance but my visa had expired”. It’s fine though I taught myself and close to 200 students :’) This past decade has been surreal as I’m proud & humbled to still be in this line of work and wouldn’t ever choose anything else. It was tough to see friends and acquaintances drop out like dominoes but at the end it always comes down to choices you make in life, how much hard work can you put in & how much you can push yourselves to pierce through the noise. Big ups to the handful of these who still stuck around 🫡 The only student that year to pass with 100% attendance and nary a single late remark.
