We are delighted to continue the @landformuk partnership with @killikandco for a third year in a row, unveiling the RHS Chelsea 2026 Killik & Co 'A Seed in Time' Show Garden, designed by @thelandscapetailor ⁠ ⁠ This large Show Garden will show how introducing biodiverse zones can improve species abundance, habitat health, and help reverse biodiversity loss in the UK.⁠ ⁠ Designer Baz Grainger said: “I am so excited to be working with Killik & Co once more and presenting this biodiverse garden. Based on the idea of ‘making more from less’—which reflects Killik & Co’s investment philosophy—I’ve created a calm, lasting garden rich in biodiversity inspired by the wetland landscapes of the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads. It’s one that captures rainwater, supports wildlife, and adapts naturally to a changing climate.”⁠ ⁠ Georgie Killik from Killik & Co said: “We are delighted to be working with Baz Grainger at RHS Chelsea for a third year after a Gold Medal-winning year in 2025. For the @killikandco ‘A Seed in Time’ Show Garden, @thelandscapetailor has kept sustainability at the heart of his design. By partnering with @schellevis_uk , known for their sustainably produced hard landscaping products, he’s using a specially developed material for the paving in the garden. The ‘Chelsea Edition’ mix used for the steps and stepping stones contains more than 80% recycled materials and less than 5% cement content. This year, for the @killikandco ‘A Seed in Time’ Show Garden, we’ve partnered with @schellevis_uk , known for their sustainably produced hard landscaping materials, to develop a special mix used throughout the garden. The ‘Chelsea Edition’ of Schellevis pushes the boundaries of what concrete can be, while maintaining the natural aesthetic and durability the brand is known for. Challenging the sustainability stigma around concrete, the steps and stepping stones contain more than 80% recycled materials and less than 5% cement content. Time for @thelandscapetailor to give a progress update & a brief tour of the build for the @killikandco ‘A Seed in Time Garden’ at RHS Chelsea. The hard landscaping in main is near completion and it’s time for the plants to take over. The water feature and wetland, when operational, will create the atmosphere and focus of the garden. We won’t show you the full garden now until it is complete on our feed, but Baz will give another short progress update on the area behind the structure next week, so follow along for more. Plants are appearing on the @killikandco ‘A Seed in Time Garden’ and the colours are really bringing out the clay render on the structure. The perennial plants and shrubs are supplied by @creepersnursery and the Planting Team are already working with the palette of plants @thelandscapetailor has chosen. The garden is a hive of activity. We’ve been on site at RHS Chelsea, building the @killikandco Show Garden for nearly a week. Baz, Jamie and the Team have made huge progress over the weekend: - the structure has been rendered by @guyvalentineltd using a clay render by @clayworksclayplasters - the @schellevis_uk concrete elements are being put into place and the wetland area is starting to take shape The Timelapse by @intervalfilms excerpt shows a hive of activity. The central structure for the @killikandco ‘A Seed in Time’ Garden is now in place. Foreman Jamie and the Team make it look so effortless. The structure will collect and channel rainwater into to a central wetland area, a flood zone, which creates a biodiverse habitat.
