Nothings perfect, but I trained my little tail off with @wcsmoot08 for this. Freakin proud of what Iām able to do when Iām deep in the cave and things donāt go as planned. Iām way closer than it appears on paper.
Stoked to knock off a 2025 goal on some tired legs with @karahoffman20 and head to World Championships in June.
Hyrox community really has grown and ran into so many great friends this weekend. Feelin the love frfr
What a weekend.
3rd place overall.
Fought hard and just proud of how I preformed.
@fortitude187@emilee.kate and the entire Rally volunteer crew somehow raised the bar from last year. Thank yāall ā¤ļø
Grateful for the opportunity to compete, grow and push the body with so many friends.

Big stuff in the works and weāre just gettin warmed up. Also stacked 30 days straight in April. Nice dude.
Staying on the wheel and staying fueled.

Staying locked in 24/7, 365 days a year. Full-time job.
Staying present in the moment is the hardest part.
Training is training.
One week from today weāll be settled into a new home.
Grateful for it all.
Christos Anesti.
Thatās a wrap on the adventure this weekend! I donāt know whoās guess was closest, but final combined time is 5:51:58!
Thank you God for the strength and ability to push my body further.
Controlling the output was the name of the game and Iām coming away feeling like we nailed it. I also crushed my PR without much tri training since Octoberā¦some would call it luck, others would call it the power of stackinā days š¤
My family is awesome, @theclacokinos is amazing mother, fan, best friend. She is the glue behind the scenes to all of this. I have some other incredible people in my corner. So many to thank - I love yāall ā¤ļøš„¹
My only hope in sharing is that it encourages someone to try something they are a little uncomfortable doing. Doesnāt have to be fitness, but it does have to be something that pushes you and will grow you. The other side of a challenge is well worth it. Lets goooo
7 day clock in. The āHyronmanā is going down this weekend.
Under 6 hrs total is the goal, but the real goal is to enjoy the process of making it happen in the midst of chaos. And weāre doing just that.
Far from perfect, but doing our best. I love my family and love our life.
Had the honor and privilege of interviewing the great Captain America of the Triathlon world, @benkanute last week!
If you donāt know Ben, he just finished runner up @ironmanamericas 70.3 Little Elm this weekend. He won Escape Alcatraz 4 times. Beast. Aside from Triathlon, heās a husband, father, and great follow both on here and Spotify (Solo Sessions). He also just hopped into a Hyrox last month and had the fastest overall run split. Crazy.
Whole thing is live on Spotify - Stackinā Days Podcast - and YouTube. If you ever wanted to try a triā¦this is a good listen.
Hope yāall enjoy!
I should probably start swimming before this thing next weekend.
Been in the road a lot. About 90% of mileage has come from a machine lately and thatās okayā¦
Hereās a bunch of pictures from my camera roll this week.
Greatness is in store.
