Yesterday, some of Team KBC helped restore the boulder field under Stanage edge⛰️
We supported the @rab.equipment.uk@teambmc@bmc_peak and @peakdistrictfoundation with restoring the ground beneath the bouldering area.
After a team effort, we moved a massive 8 tonnes of aggregate up to the boulders and helped restore the landscape and encourage new flora to grow 🌿
There was plenty of Kickback Coffee keeping everyone fuelled along the way.
We didn’t just turn up to serve coffee, we got stuck in, got our hands dirty, and grafted alongside everyone else 🤝

Honey Collective 🍯
May’s feature coffee , Honey Collective, is grown by a tight-knit group of smallholder farmers in Santa Bárbara, Honduras. This one’s all about sweetness and depth.
Made from Parainema and processed using the honey method.
🍯The honey process removes the skin of the coffee cherry while leaving a layer of sweet mucilage on the bean during drying, creating a cup with the fruit-forward sweetness of natural processing and the clarity of washed coffee.
☕️ Taste notes of: Blackcurrant, Wild Honey & Dark chocolate
Whether you’re having a shot of espresso, brewing a filter, or making a flat white, this coffee is a great all-rounder.
Behind it all is Beneficio San Vicente, a family-run operation connecting farmers directly to buyers, supporting quality, transparency, and better prices for producers 🤝
This one’s un-bee-lievable! 🐝
Breathe smarter, run stronger 🫁🏃🏽
Last night we hosted a book club and run club at The Arches. David Jackson, aka Jacko, taught everyone how to breathe smarter and run stronger.
Doing his iconic trick with a cotton bud 👀 Jacko demonstrated some techniques of how we can breathe better.
After sipping on some coffee tonic and learning how to breathe better, everyone headed out on a run to put the techniques into practice. 🏃🏽
Jacko will be attempting an amazing challenge starting on the 29th May. He is attempting to run 2 marathons a day in 100 days! All to raise money for 2 brain injury charities.
We will be hosting Jacko for 4 days on his Mission IN-Possible challenge. You can come along to support him - here’s how 👇

Have you ever wondered what goes into finding the best coffee? ☕️
Alex (Founder) and David (Head of Coffee Operations) cupped around 50 different coffees to bring you an extra special coffee.
When they tried the coffees, they picked the ones they liked, and that's how this month's feature coffee was brought to your table 🫡
