The Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement Pathways Program is designed to help DC residents, ages 18–35, who are most at risk of violence gain real-life skills, job training, and employment opportunities.
Through hands-on training, participants learn things like financial literacy, job readiness, and problem-solving… then transition into paid work experience and long-term career support to help them build stability and success. 
This is more than a program… it’s a pathway to a different life.

They say time flies when you’re doing what you love, and it couldn’t be more true. From a young age, I knew owning a business was in my future, but I never envisioned it would be in the lash industry. Becoming a business owner has been one of the best decisions of my life. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has booked with me, referred me, interacted on social media, or supported my journey in any way. Starting in Bowie, Maryland, and expanding to Greensboro, North Carolina, has been quite the adventure, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Here’s to many more years of growth and success!
